幫歐巴馬主導網路等新媒體的Joe Rospars，才26歲。Joe Rospars在大學時念政治，之前幫Howard Dean打過網路選戰，所以這是他第二次從網路幫候選人打總統選戰。 Joe Rospars讓這些在網路上把歐巴馬加入朋友的年輕支持者，化零為整。他讓那些年輕人捐五元（這種小額捐款比例不低），在自己的個人部落格和 twitter等社交網站上集結同好，甚至打電話拉票等。然後在自己的網站張貼「事實」，反擊那些惡意攻擊的留言。這些事實有些可以在youtube等網站找到證據，有些則由歐巴馬團隊提供。

小芥：期待以久的「淡水有貓座談會」終於在週六，11 8登場了。淡水的貓咪，對於我人生中發生重要的人與事，佔了很重要的地位以及背景，在之前，淡水某的咖啡店的撲殺貓咪行為，讓我感到非常難過。但是，因為這個事件，我們真的化悲憤為力量，將大家愛貓的心情相聚在一起，舉辦了這樣子的座談會，讓在場的每個人，都有許多正面的鼓動。 Michico Last Saturday There was a conference named Safe cats in Tamsui I photoed many cats in Tamsui before you can see here Not long ago there is a cafe s owner made a very bad decision catching street cats to make them disappear And it makes we cat lovers are very very in rage But because of this thing we cat lover make our rage become a positive power hold this conference how to protect these cats

同學們，你們夠敏感會發現廣場周圍有許多各式各樣社團、綠黨、工運團體的、集盟的、樂生掛的、另類媒體圈的傢伙、甚至泛綠社團青年逆轉本部的人在界線外沉默等待時機連結，大家都知道那條界線在哪大家都知道你們的主體性正在形成，大家也很期待你們的力量真的可以成為推翻集會遊行惡法的助力，但大家也深怕介入反而抹殺掉你們正在形成的自主主體。同學，不要把這場行動當成校外公民教育課，請開始思考「連結」這門難學問吧。請你們開始思考那三點訴求是否具體，有沒有打到結構問題。目的、手段、橫向合作想清楚，不然你們連學運都搞不起來，最後只會變成學生社團。

集會遊行法的可怕，在於連三人、五人、十人、二十人、四十人這類不阻礙交通也不妨礙他人安全的「小行動」（就像樂生在景美人權園區，甚至像「反高學費聯盟」在教育部），也可以動輒解散、起訴、判刑，而沒有任何有效的救濟管道。所以，一定要廢除、廢除、廢除！
